| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial newspaper dated September 05, 2014, titled "Aircel Looks to Buy Back Towers from GTL Infra", GTL Infrastructure Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:
"We wish to clarify that the news item is highly speculative in nature and the Company denies the contents of the said article.
The Company is not in possession of any material price sensitive information that has not been announced as required under Clause 36 of Listing Agreement which may have a bearing on the share price.
Kindly note that the Company adheres to the best corporate governance practices and accordingly have been submitting all material price sensitive information to the exchanges in the past.
