1.Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company (which have been subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors) for the quarter ended 30.06.2017 in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
2.Proposal to obtain approval of the shareholders to enable the Company for raising of funds upto Rs. 250 Crore (by way of including but not limited to qualified institutions placement (QIP), Foreign Currency Convertible Bond (FCCB), convertible securities or any other method through postal ballot (including e-voting); and
3.Demerger of real estate business of the Company through Scheme of Arrangement subject to applicable approvals. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations relating to the demerger will be sent in due course.
