| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/07/2016 16:55:37 | Mr. P. Mukund, (the “Seller”), one of the promoters of Igarashi Motors India Ltd (“IMIL” or the “Company”) has submitted to BSE a copy of Notice of Offer for Sale of 33,20,351 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, representing 10.35% of the equity share capital of the Company (the “Equity Shares") on July 12, 2016 (“Day 1 of OFS”) for non-retail investors and on July 13, 2016 (“Day 2 of OFS”) for retail investors and such non-retail investors who choose to carry forward their bids) exclusively through the Seller's broker named below through a sale on the separate windows provided by BSE Limited (“BSE”) and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”).
Date and time of opening and closing of the Sale.
For non-Retail Investors: July 12, 2016 ("T day")
The Sale shall take place during trading hours on a separate window of the Stock Exchanges on T day i.e. July 12, 2016 commencing at 9:15 a.m. and shall close on the same date at 3:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time.
Only non-Retail Investors shall be allowed to place their bids on T day, i.e. July 12, 2016.
For retail Investors and non-retail category bids who choose to carry forward their bids: July 13, 2016 ("T+1 day")
The Sale shall continue to take place during trading hours on a separate window of the Stock Exchanges on T +1 (T + 1 being July 13, 2016) commencing at 9:15 a.m. and shall close on the same date at 3:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time.
Only Retail Investors (defined below) shall be allowed to place their bids on T+1 day. Further, those non-Retail investors who have placed their bids on T day and have chosen to carry forward their bids to T +1 day, shall be allowed to revise their bids on T+1 day as per the SEBI OFS Circulars.
(T day and T +1 day, collectively referred to as "Offer Dates")
- Floor Price : The Seller hereby declares the Floor Price for the Sale on (the “Floor Price”) as Rs. 650/- per equity share of the Company. |
