| Exchange Disseminated Time | D-Link (India) Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Kamalaksha R. Naik has submitted the resignation as Director from the Board of Directors of the Company and the same has been noted and accepted effective from January 28, 2010 by the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. A. P. Chen the existing Director as the Non Executive Chairman of the Company.
The Board also appointed Chief Finance Officer Mr. C. M. Gaonkar as the Executive Director on the Board subject to necessary approvals if necessary. |
