| Exchange Disseminated Time | Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that Remuneration / Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 02, 2011 have transacted the following business:
1. Granted 27,000 stock options representing equivalent number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at the price of Rs. 63/- per option, to the employee(s) of the Company under Employee Stock Option Plan 2010 (ESOP-2010) through trust route.
These stock options shall vest in the following manner:
- April 30, 2014 : 30%
- April 30, 2015 : 30%
- April 30, 2016 - 40%
2. Allotted 1,000 equity shares under ESOP-2005 and 2,500 equity shares under ESOP-2007, aggregating to 3,500 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to the eligible employees of the Company. Therefore, the Issued and Paid-up Equity Shares Capital of the Company has increased from 2,44,27,250 equity shares to 2,44,30,750 equity shares. |
