Further, the Company has successfully completed the said project 190 days prior to the scheduled completion date and in lieu of the earlier completion of the Project, the Company is entitled to receive the maximum Bonus amount Rs. 2.70 Crore from the Madhya Pradesh Road development Corporation Limited. We undertake to update you in case of any further development in this regard. Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall be closed from March 09, 2017 to March 14, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
