| Exchange Disseminated Time | Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter ended December 31, 2014.
Further, the 'Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from February 06, 2015 to February 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. Accordingly, during the said periods, the Directors / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members etc. are directed not to deal in the Company’s shares. |
