| Exchange Disseminated Time | VST Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the following resolutions:
1. Keeping the Register of Members, Index of Members, copies of all Annual Returns under Section 159 and 160 of the Ad together with copies of certificates and documents required to be annexed thereto under Sections 160 and 161 of the Act or any one or more of them at the office of M/s. Karvy Computershare Private Ltd, having office at 17-24, Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500 081 instead of being kept at the registered office of the Company or at the office of Sathguru Managemeni Consultants Private Limited, Hyderabad, the erstwhile Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the Company, with effect from such date as may be decided by the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors have appointed Mr. L. V. V. Iyer, Partner, L. V. V. Iyer & Associates, Corporate Lawyers, as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot voting process in accordance with law and in a fair and transparent manner.
Duly Completed the Postal Ballot form should reach in Scrutinizer on or before December 09, 2011.The result of the Postal Ballot Form will be announced by the Deputy Managing Director & Secretary at the Registered Office of the Company on December 13, 2011. |
