- Since it is the initial stage of implementation of Ind. AS and this being only the 2nd quarter of implementation, the company has decided to submit the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 after November 14, 2016 but not later than December 14, 2016 (being the due/last date to submit the same) as permitted in the SEBI Circular dated July 05, 2016.
The notice of the board meeting to consider the un-audited financial of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 will be intimated to be Exchange as per the provisions of Reg. 29 of LODR Regulations, 2015. |
