| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/05/2016 13:06:04 | Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended March 31, 2016 and to consider and recommend dividend if any on equity shares of the company for the financial year 2015-16.
Further, as per the Company's code of conduct for the prohibition of insider trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the above said purpose for all the Directors/ Designated employees of the Company from May 23, 2016 up to June 01, 2016.
Accordingly all the Directors / Designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of the closure of Trading Window. |
