| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shalimar Productions Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To adopt and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 under Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement;
2. To fix time, date and venue for holding the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company and to consider the businesses to be transacted thereat;
3. To approve draft notice for convening the Annual General Meeting;
4. To decide on the dates for closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Register for the purpose of Annual Book Closure and
Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (applicable w.e.f. May 15, 2015), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from August 06, 2015 and would open on August 18, 2015, i.e. 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results to the public. Therefore the designated persons should refrain from trading in the Equity Shares of the Company during this period. |
