| Exchange Disseminated Time | 8K Miles Software Services Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the Special Resolution relating for shifting the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Andhra Pradesh to the State of Tamil Nadu and clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company be altered by substituting the words ‘State of Tamil Nadu’ for the words ‘State of Andhra Pradesh’, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
The Company has appointed Mr. J Gurumurthi, Practising Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer on or before September 28, 2011. The scrutinizer will submit his report at the completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be announced on September 30, 2011. |
