| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 18, 2014, inter alia, to consider issuing of equity shares and/or securities which are convertible into or exchangeable with equity shares including warrants to non-promoter/s on preferential basis.
In view of the forgoing, the Company has decided that the closure of trading window relating to Insiders covered under "GHCL Insider Code of Conduct" would commence from 12:00 noon on June 10, 2014 and will end 24 hours after the Outcome of Board Meeting is made public on June 18, 2014.
