| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/08/2016 12:06:17 | R P P Infra Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone, Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 in addition to that the raising of funds by the Company by way of Issue of Securities under applicable provisions of section 42 and 62 of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 and subject to approval of shareholders and other competent authorities as may be required and other business, if required.
Further, in terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 06, 2016 till 48 hours after the results are made public on June 13, 2016 for Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company. |
