| Exchange Disseminated Time | DCM Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2014, inter alia, has :
1. Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 (15%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 3.05 Crores (including corporate dividend tax). During the year, the Company has paid interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 (15%) per equity share aggregating to Rs. 3.05 Crores (including corporate dividend tax) thereby making total dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 6.10 Crores (including corporate divided tax) for the financial year ended March 31, 2014. The said recommended final dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on August 04, 2014, will be paid on before September 03, 2014;
2. Appointed Ms. Meenakshi Nayar as an additional director of the Company. |
