We wish to inform you that, pursuant to regulation 29 of the Securities Exchange of India Limited (listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 10th 2017 to inter -alia consider and approve the Standalone unaudited financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30th 2017.
Further in continuation to our disclosure on closure of Trading Window, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the trading window will remain closed for directors, Designated Employees and Auditors of the Company including their immediate relatives from 3rd August 2017 to 12th August 2017 and hence, they are not permitted to deal in the shares of Proseed India Limited from 3rd August 2017 to 12th August 2017.
