| Exchange Disseminated Time | Banaras Beads Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
1. Recommendation of Dividend @ Rs. 2.00 per share (@ 20% on equity share capital) for the F.Y 2013-14.
2. The Members who have not yet made payment against calls in arrears, their dividend on partly paid shares will be
adjusted from their due calls in arrear amounts.
3. Pursuant to section 126 of the Companies Act 2013, the Dividend on shares, transfer of which is not registered/disputed will be transferred to the special account as per section 124 of the Companies Act 2013.
4. The dividend shall be paid on or before August 09, 2014. |
