- To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2015;
Further, in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing with the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors and other Designated Employees covered under the Code from July 22, 2015 till August 06, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
