| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/01/2017 11:39:15 | Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 for all the directors and designated persons of the Company with effect from January 15, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
All the directors and designated persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. |
