| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/08/2015 11:48:40 | GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that In terms of the revised Clause 49 (VII) of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges read with Sec 188 of the Companies Act, 2013, existing "material" Related Party Transactions having validity beyond March 31, 2015 have once again been approved by the Audit Committee and the Board at their respective meetings held on August 12, 2015 and August 13, 2015 subject to the approval of shareholders which is being obtained through Postal Ballot.
The Board of Directors of the Company have approved the proposed Postal Ballot which is being dispatched to all the shareholders as per the calendar of events approved by the Board. |
