| Exchange Disseminated Time | Eros International Media Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014 along with the statement of assets and liabilities as on that date.
Further, as per the “Eros International Media Limited Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading” and as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company have been closed from October 31, 2014 till November 13, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
