Ashima Ltd has now informed BSE that the matter was scheduled on March 04, 2016. The Hon'ble Chief Justice was on leave and hence the Hon'ble Court in charge of the matter was of the view that since regular bench was not available, it should be kept in the next week and accordingly adjourned the matter to March 09, 2016. |
