1. Board has availed e-voting services from CDSL for the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Aabid & Co., Company Secretary, Mumbai has been appointed as scrutinizer for ascertaining the results of e-voting.
3. Mr. Bhaskar Shetty has been appointed as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
4. The Board has considered the appointment of M/s Sara & Associates as the Statutory Auditor of the Company in terms of provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
5. M/s M.S. Ansari & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai has been appointed as an Internal Auditor of the Company.
6. M/s Aabid & Co., Company Secretaries, Mumbai has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company.
7. The Audit Committee of the Company have been reconstituted.
8. The Remuneration and Nomination Committee of the Company have been reconstituted.
9. The Shareholder Relationship/Investor Grievance Committee of the Company have been reconstituted. |
