| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier announcement dated May 06, 2011, Visagar Polytex Ltd has now informed BSE that :
"The Board of Directors will consider the issue of bonus shares to the existing shareholders of the Company and fixation of Record date for the same in the subsequent Board meeting to be held on May 18, 2011 instead of the Board Meeting to be held on May 11, 2011.
Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2011 at 11.00 a.m. at the new office of the Company at Mumbai to consider the following: -
1. To consider, the recommendation for issue of bonus shares to the existing shareholders of the Company.
2. To fixed the records date for the purpose of distribution of Bonus Shares.
3. To consider raising of additional funds upto Rs. 50 Million by way of issue of Equity Shares on preferential basis to Promoters and persons other then Promoters.
4. To call Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company." |
