| Exchange Disseminated Time | NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Ministry of Power (MOP) vide its order no. 9/1/2014- NHPC has extended the tenure of additional charge for the post of Director (Finance), NHPC to Shri R. S. Mina, Director (Personnel) for a further period of three months beyond December 15, 2014 or till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
Further, MOP vide its order dated December 15, 2014 has also extended the tenure of additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director, NHPC Ltd to Shri R.S.T. Sai, CMD, THDC Ltd in addition to his own duties, beyond December 08, 2014 till the regular appointment of CMD, NHPC, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. |
