| Exchange Disseminated Time | 3M India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is from April to March. Audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2011 will be considered at the Board Meeting to be held on May 30, 2011.
Further the Company has informed that, for the financial year April 01, 2010 to March 31, 2011, the Company shall publish the Audited Results within 60 days of the close of the Accounting year i.e. on or before May 30, 2011. Hence the Company do not propose to publish Unaudited Results for the last quarter i.e. January to March 2011. |
