| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/11/2016 18:12:54 | Kennametal India Ltd has informed BSE that based on the approval and recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board at its meeting held on November 14, 2016 has approved re-appointment of Mr. Bhagya Chandra Rao as Managing Director of the Company for a further term of three years with effect from September 17, 2017 till September 16, 2020.
The said re-appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next general meeting and all other concerned statutory, regulatory and other authorities, if and to the extent applicable.
Mr. Bhagya Chandra Rao is not related to any other Director of the Company. A brief profile of Mr. Rao is attached. |
