| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/05/2016 11:06:29 | Fiberweb India Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Year / Quarter ended March 31, 2016 for all Designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and designated employees of the Company from May 14, 2016 and shall remain closed upto May 27, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Promoters and Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2016 inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 02016. |
