| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/12/2016 15:37:54 | With reference to the earlier letter dated December 02, 2016, PVP Ventures Ltd has now informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on December 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 has been postponed to December 14, 2016 in view of adverse climatic conditions at Chennai (Cyclone Vardah).
Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed up to December 16, 2016. |
