| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maral Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve the following resolution by way of Postal Ballot, to authorise the Board to sell the whole or part of the Company's undertaking being the domestic marketing division operating under the name Buddy Davis and any part of its assets and liabilities on such terms & conditions as the Board may in its absolute discretion deem fit.
The Company has appointed Shri V P Kapoor B.A.LLB, FCS, AICWA, Practising Company Secretary as Scrutinizer for conducting Postal Ballot process in a fair & transparent manner. The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the Scrutinizer on or before the close of working hours on June 29, 2005.
The Scrutinizer after scrutiny will submit his report to the Chairman of the Board of Directors before the closing business hours on July 02, 2005. The Chairman or any Directors as authorised by him shall announce the result of postal ballot on July 04, 2005. |
