| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Uniphos Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on April 28, 2008, inter alia, have accorded their unanimous consent, pursuant to the provisions of Section 372A and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act,1956, to the Board of Directors, to make investments up to an amount of Rs 500 crores, in the equity shares capital of United Phosphorus Ltd, in one or more tranches, notwithstanding that such investments in addition to existing investments made, loans and / or guarantees and securities already given / provided by the Company may exceed the limits prescribed under the said Section. |
