1. This is to inform you that we have preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India ('the Court') challenging the Securities Appellate Tribunal's (SAT) Order dated 08th March, 2017 (Appeal No. 283 of 2015) that the SEBI order dated May 13, 2015 would remain in abeyance for a period of four (4) weeks from 08th March 2017. 2. The said appeal was came today for hearing before the Court and the Court which had accepted our aforesaid appeal on March 3, 2017 has granted today an Interim STAY on the operations of the order dated March 8, 2017 passed by the Securities Appellate Tribunal (and consequently, the WTM's Order of SEBI) till the disposal of matter. 3. This is for your information, records and compliance under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 4.
