| Exchange Disseminated Time | Salora International Ltd has informed BSE that the Company at its Board Meeting held on July 02, 2015 has approved the proposal to set-up a Manufacturing line for Commercial Production of Mobile Phones at Company's factory premises at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Further, that Mr. Amit Goel, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned from the post and Board in its aforesaid meeting has appointed Mr. Ashok K. Kucheria as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company on the recommendation made by the Audit Committee. |
