| Exchange Disseminated Time | PH Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2014.
Further, Pursuant to provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the rules made thereunder and Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement, the Company has fixed August 23, 2014, as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of the Members to cast their vote electronically for the business to be transacted at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The e-voting period commences on September 24, 2014 (9:00 am) and ends on September 26, 2014 (6:00 pm). |
