| Exchange Disseminated Time | JM Financial Institutional Securities Ltd ( "Manager to the Offer") for and on behalf of SCM Soilfert Ltd ("Acquirer") and Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd ("PAC"), has informed this corrigendum announcement (“Third Corrigendum”) to the Public Shareholders of Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd ("Target Company), pursuant to and in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, as amended (“SEBI (SAST) Regulations”) with respect to revisions in the schedule of activities for the Offer.
This Third Corrigendum is to be read together with the public announcement dated April 23, 2014 (“PA”), detailed public
statement dated May 01, 2014 (“DPS”), letter of offer dated September 16, 2014 (“LoF”), corrigendum dated September
23, 2014 (“First Corrigendum”), corrigendum dated September 25, 2014 (“Second Corrigendum”), offer opening public
announcement dated September 29, 2014 (“Offer Opening Public Announcement”).
Capitalized terms used in this Corrigendum but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the PA,
