| Exchange Disseminated Time | NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 16, 2015 has declared an interim dividend @ 2% of Face Value of Rs. 10/- per share (Re. 0.20 per equity share) on the paid up share capital of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.
Further the Company also informed the Board has accorded its approval for alteration in the Memorandum of Associations of the Company subject to approval of Shareholders to enable it to undertake mining activity. |
