1. To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2014.
2. To consider the declaration of interim dividend for the F.Y 2014 - 15.
Further, the Trading Window will remain closed from January 01, 2015 to February 03, 2015 (Both days inclusive) in terms of code of conduct in force in the Company under clause 12 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and amendments thereto. |
