(formerly known as Keraben S.A.) and Somany Ceramics Limited in the year 2006 for setting up of SKPL Ceramics Private Limited (formerly known as Somany Keraben Private Limited). Upon occurrence of event i.e. Termination of said Joint Venture Agreement the relevant information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, shall be intimated accordingly.
