| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2015, inter alia, have accorded the approval of following item:
1. Appointed Dr. Vasantha S. Bharucha as Woman Director (Independent) by way of an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. February 04, 2015.
2. The proposal of its wholly owned subsidiary Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (Mauritius) Private Limited to place an order for constructions of new vessels DP3 Barge 400 PAX and Offshore Construction Vessel (OCV) 150 PAX amounting to USD 70 Million. |
