This is to inform you that Mr. Raj Kumar Banthia, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned with effect from close of working hours of 31st March, 2017. Further please note that due to the aforesaid resignation of Mr. Raj Kumar Banthia, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular resolution dated 1st April, 2017 has appointed Mr. Gautam Singh, Assistant Company Secretary as Compliance Officer of the Company for the intervening period till the appointment of new Company Secretary. Please treat this as compliance with Regulation 30 and 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
