1. Considered Uniform Listing Agreement with SEBI as per the reference to the SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular dated October 13, 2015.
2. Decided to seek the consent of Shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot on following items -
a. Adoption of New Articles of Association (Section 14)
b. Loan/Guarantee/ Security and Investment by the Company (Section 186)
c. Increase in Borrowing Limits of the Company (Section 180 (1) (a) (c)). |
