| Exchange Disseminated Time 08/12/2015 15:30:41 | With reference to the earlier letter dated November 24, 2015 regarding Notice of EGM of the Company of the Financial Year 2015-2016, VLS Finance Ltd has now informed BSE that in point no. 6 of the Notes of subjected notice it is mentioned that Ms. Pooja Gandhi had been appointed as scrutinizer for voting by ballot by post, e-voting and poll process, at the said EGM.
Ms. Pooja Gandhi has however expressed inability to continue as scrutinizer for personal reasons vide her letter dated December 04, 2015. The Company has accepted the same and has appointed M/s. A. Aggarwal and Associates, Company Secretaries as scrutinizer for the entire process of voting at subjected EGM. The appointee scrutinizer has consented for acting as scrutinizer vide letter December 07, 2015. |
