| Exchange Disseminated Time | Abbott India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2015 inter alia, to consider and approve the text of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2014 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.
Further, in terms of Abbott India Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from February 03, 2015 to February 11, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
