| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alpine Housing Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2006, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2006 and Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2006 together with the schedules and notes forming part thereof along, with the Directors report and Auditors report.
2. Re-appointment of Mr G H S Gupta as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s Rao & Venkatesulu, Chartered Accountants as auditors for the Company from the close of this AGM to the close of the ensuing AGM, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
