No. Sc 15067 dated May 23, 2017, we are resubmitting the Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017, which was approved and adopted by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 23, 2017.
The changes incorporated in the format of the financial results are as under:
In the consolidated financial results the word 'Unaudited' is to be read as 'Audited' for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 and March 31, 2016.
We further inform the Stock Exchange(s) that except for the above change, the figures and contents as reported earlier in the financial results remain unchanged.
The Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, LLP, have issued Auditors' Report with an unmodified opinion on the financial results (Consolidated) for March 31, 2017.
You are requested to take on record the resubmitted financial results for the said financial year.
