As per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from January 27, 2014 to February 11, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. The trading window shall open for trading from February 12, 2014. |
