| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/11/2016 17:27:41 | Ceat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2016, had approved the revised Policy on Determination of Materiality of Events and has authorised:
1. Mr. Anant Goenka, Managing Director and Mr. Manoj Jaiswal, Chief Financial Officer of the Company jointly, to identify and determine materiality of an event or information, which is not covered either in Para A or in Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, but have a material effect on the Company;
2. Mr. Anant Goenka, Managing Director, Mr. Manoj Jaiswal, Chief Financial Officer and Ms. Shruti Joshi, Company Secretary severally, to make appropriate disclosure of material event / information to the stock exchanges. |
