1. Declared Interim Dividend of 17.5% i.e. Rs. 1.75 per share for the financial year 2012-13;
2. Approved re-appointment and remuneration of Mr. R. K. Chandaria as Vice Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2013;
3. Approved re-appointment and remuneration of Mr. A. K. Chandaria as Managing Director & CEO of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2013;
4. Approved appointment of Ms. Monica Gandhi as Company Secretary & Chief Manager — Legal. She will also act as Compliance Officer of the Company.
