1. Mr. Raja Jagadeesh, Director has submitted his resignation due to his personnel commitments. The Company has accepted his resignation and Mr. Raja Jagadeesh ceases to be director from the board with effect from the closing hours of March 30, 2015.
2. Mrs. G. Himaja, has been Appointed as Additional Director, who holds office upto the date of Annual General Meeting, with effect from the closing hours of March 30, 2015.
3. Mr. P. V. Srihari, Director of the Company has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from the closing hours of March 30, 2015. |
