Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd (HOEC) has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2009, inter alia, have approved the following resolution:

1. Adoption of annual accounts for the financial year 2008-2009.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. R. Vasudevan as Director.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants as the Statutory auditors of the Company.

4. Appointment of Mr. S B Mathur, Mr. Mukesh Butani and Mr. Sergio Adriano Laura as directors of the Company.
